Predator has carrying capacity

Following some observation are given
The number of prey, N, increase at low predator densities, P, and decrease at high predator densities
Prey zero isoclines is depends on the ratio of the growth rate of prey to the capture efficiency of the predators
Number of predator needed for prey isoclines is depends on the ratio of the death rate of predators to the conversion efficiency of predators

The mussel Mytilus edulis thrives in saline habitats, in both the highly salty seawater of tidal zones and the less salty estuaries. This results in two kinds of populations: one adapted to the higher salt concentrations of the tidal zone, and one adapted to the lower salt concentrations of the estuary. It has been found that the more salt-tolerant populations have high frequencies of an allele that produces an enzyme involved in maintaining osmotic equilibrium. Conversely, estuarine mussels having the same enzyme seem to be disfavoured and have a much higher death rate than mussels without the allele. Adult estuarine populations do have lower frequencies of this allele. Each spring, large numbers of larvae from  the salty habitats pour into the estuaries.
The invasion of the seawater larvae would be expected to facilitate change in the genetic structure of the estuarine population by a process called

Embryonic stem cells can be induced in the laboratory to differentiate into muscle, nerve, pancreatic, and other specialized cell types. It has recently become possible to trigger the dedifferentiation of somatic cells back into pluripotent cells (so-called induced pluripotent stem cells or iPS cells) by artificially enhancing the production of a relatively small number of key transcriptional factors known to be required for maintenance of pluripotency. Examples of such transcription factors are OCT4 and NANOG. The production of OCT4 and NANOG (and other key regulatory proteins) is stimulated by a transcription factor known as FOXP1, a member of the Forkhead family of DNA-binding proteins. There are two isoforms of FOXP1.

Which of the following statement regarding to FOXP1 is incorrect?
